Thai Massage Traditional Thai Massage combines gentle Yoga-like stretches with slow, rhythmic compressions and acupressure for a profoundly transforming experience. The treatment is given on a soft mat on the floor, and the client remains fully clothed. It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes, such as you would wear to do Yoga. A minimum 90 minute session is recommended.

Stone Therapy Stone Therapy massage utilizes deep penetrating heated stones. The stones slide gently along your body or left in stations with warm oils, creating a deep sense of relaxation and soothing sore muscles. Stone Therapy Massage helps in the balancing of all levels of your mind, body, and spirit. This treatment is 60 - 75 minutes.

Aromatherapy Massage Our special aromatherapy blends, made from floral and herbal extracts, stimulate the olfactory system, our most immediate sensory contact with memory. This therapeutic massage leads to a sense of wellness, balance and ease. This treatment is 60 minutes.

Acupressure Massage and Facial This accupressure treatment stimulates acu-points to encourage your body’s natural self-healing ability to flush out toxins, open up energy channels, improve circulation and lymphatic stimulations. It also tightens the underlying facial muscles. This treatment is 60 minutes.
 

Dry Brush Exfoliation
A Combination of gentle, yet thorough dry brushing, aromatherapy oils and massage helps release impurities and awaken circulation. Dry Brush Exfoliation leaves the skin softened and renewed. This treatment is 60 minutes.

Swedish Massage
The therapeutic benefits of Swedish Massage will melt your tension away.  Firm, yet gentle pressure is applied improving circulation, easing muscle aches and tension. The long, fluid strokes increase oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins from the muscles. Swedish Massage is great way to relieve both emotional and physical stress. This treatment is 60 minutes.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper muscles layers of your body. Slow strokes and deep pressure flush out toxins, alleviating tension, increasing lymph flow and circulation. Your muscles will be release tension from the contracted areas and become more soothed and relaxed. This treatment is 60 minutes.
